No one likes having to go to the dentist.
Maybe it's been too long since your last checkup -- or worse, something's gone wrong and you're in pain. You may be worried about how much it's going to cost or how you're going to pay for it. You may be afraid that whatever has to be done, it's going to hurt.
Annette knows all about it. When you first arrive, she'll let you know what to expect, and, if possible, how long your procedure will take. Mostly she'll reassure you that you're in the right place, and that all will be well.
If you've come for a cleaning, Leah or Dawn will come out to greet you and escort you to her chair. If you're here for a procedure, Dr. Avis will listen to you carefully and explain his diagnosis and recommended treatment plan before beginning any work.
Whatever you've come to have done, it will be explained to you at every step of the way. And if at any time during your visit you need a break, someone will walk with you there and back -- just in case!
If finances are a concern, Dee will help you work out a payment plan that will fit your budget. You needn't feel you have to put off work you need, since it will likely cost more later if things get worse.
And once you get home, you can expect someone from the office to give you a call, just to make sure you're feeling OK.
